My “Dash for Crime” talk at PyconAU 2019
Yesterday at PyCon AU I gave the talk “Dash for Crime”. It is about the data visualisation framework Dash by Plotly — and how you can use the framework to draw graphs of crime data.
Dash is a great Python framework. In the talk I discussed the framework basics, explored how to build a sample site and described how to use Dash for an enterprise application of insightful crime diagrams and graphs. I finished with a list of pros and cons of the Dash framework.
The room was chock-full, which indicates that Dash generates these days certainly some interest.
